The first virtual meeting of the Six-Gun Justice Podcast was a convivial experience And lively discussion of the novels Monty Walsh by Jack Schaefer, and Louis L'Amour's Sackett's Land.
This month we are reading The Unforgiven by Alan La May (which presents an opposite perspective to his most famous novel The Searchers) an the second book chronologically in Louis L'Amour's Sackett series, To The Far Blue Mountains. Our next Zoom meeting will be August 3rd at 5pm Pacific time for discussion and camaraderie.
A list of three to five questions or topics may be posted during the course of the month as suggestions to think about in advance of the meeting, and as a gentle reminder about the upcoming club activity.
Discussion during virtual book club meetings will emphasize the monthly choice of titles, but hopefully the conversation will be more wide ranging. With that in mind, if a member only has time to read one of the books (or even none of the books) during the month, our hope is they will still hangout with us at the meeting and enjoy the chatter.
